Azteca Holdings $150 million notes talked at 10½%-11%, pricing Friday

St. Louis, Mo., Jan. 24 - Azteca Holdings SA de CV's offering of $150 million senior notes is talked at a yield of 10½%-11%, according to a syndicate source.

Pricing is expected Friday, the syndicate source informed Prospect News.

Bear Stearns & Co. is bookrunner for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes (B3/B-) are non-callable and mature in July 2003.
