Moody's rates Texas water bonds Aa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa1 rating to the State of Texas' $115.205 million of general obligation water financial assistance bonds, series 2008A (water infrastructure fund), issued through the Texas Water Development Board.

The bonds are scheduled to price on May 6.

The outlook is stable.
