Texas Transportation defeases series 2006A mobility fund G.O. bonds

Norfolk, Va., March 13 – The Texas Transportation Commission defeased its series 2006A general obligation mobility fund bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 1, 2017:
• $12.49 million of 5% bonds due April 1, 2018;
• $16,305,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2019;
• $20.34 million of 5% bonds due April 1, 2020;
• $24,655,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2021;
• $29,195,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2022;
• $34,015,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2023;
• $39,105,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2024;
• $44.53 million of 5% bonds due April 1, 2025;
• $50.24 million of 4.5% bonds due April 1, 2026;
• $56,035,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2027;
• $68,865,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2029; and
• $83,055,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2031.
