Texas Transportation to sell $838.38 million revenue refunding bonds

New York, Nov. 13 - The Texas Transportation Commission plans to price $838,375,000 of series 2012 Central Texas Turnpike System revenue refunding bonds, said a sales calendar. Pricing is expected during the week of Nov. 12.

The deal includes $687.23 million of series 2012A first-tier revenue refunding bonds and $151,145,000 of series 2012B first-tier revenue refunding put bonds.

The bonds (//BBB+) will be sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the turnpike system.
