New Issue: RBC sells $301,000 notes on basket of 40 Raymond James stock picks

Los Angeles, April 21 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $301,000 of 0% notes due Sept. 21, 2023 linked to Raymond James securities selections, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are linked to an equally weighted basket of 40 common stocks selected by Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

The reference shares are Advance Auto Parts, Inc., Arbor Reality Trust, Inc., Aflac Inc., Banner Corp., Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Chubb Ltd., Cigna Corp., Comerica Inc., ConocoPhillips, Cisco Systems, Inc., CVS Health Corp., Darden Restaurants, Inc., EOG Resources, Inc., Enterprise Products Partners LP, Huntington Bancshares Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., Hancock Whitney Corp., Johnson & Johnson, Leggett & Platt, Inc., Microchip Technology Inc., Medtronic plc, Marathon Petroleum Corp., National Retail Properties, Inc., New Residential Investment Corp., Old Republic International Corp., PacWest Bancorp, Paccar Inc., Polaris Inc., Qualcomm Inc., Starwood Property Trust, Inc., Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., Texas Instruments Inc., Texas Roadhouse, Inc., Union Pacific Corp., United Parcel Service, Inc., VICI Properties Inc., Welltower Inc., Walmart Inc., Wintrust Financial Corp., Zions Bancorporation, NA.

The payout at maturity will be par times 98.6% of the basket level percentage. Because of the 98.6% participation rate, investors will receive less than par if the basket does not gain by at least 1.42%.
