Moody's rates Mansfield I.S.D., Texas, bonds Aaa

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aaa rating to Mansfield Independent School District, Texas' $80 million series 2008 unlimited-tax G.O. school building bonds.

The Aaa rating reflects the Texas Permanent School Fund guarantee of the security and also affects $623.7 million in outstanding debt. The district is rated Aa3 by Moody's, as is another $7 million in outstanding parity debt.
