Texas Municipal Gas to redeem $57.57 million of 2008D bonds due 2017

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – The Texas Municipal Gas Acquisition and Supply Corp. I called $57,565,000 of series 2008D gas supply revenue senior lien bonds, according to a notice.

The 5.625% bonds due Dec. 15, 2017 will be redeemed Dec. 1 at par plus interest accrued to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
