Texas Municipal Gas I plans bond issue

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 5 - Texas Municipal Gas Acquisition and Supply Corp. I is planning an offering of bonds, according to a news release from Texas Municipal Gas Acquisition and Supply Corp. II.

Proceeds would be used to acquire additional gas supply for affiliate Municipal Gas Acquisition and Supply Corp. to offset an imbalance of supply and demand.

Any issue will depend on market conditions and other factors, the company noted.
