Moody's rates Texas Medical Center bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to Texas Medical Center Central Heating and Cooling Services Corp.'s $226.17 million of series 2008 fixed-rate bonds to be issued by the Harris County Health Facilities Development Corp.

Moody's also affirmed the Aa3 rating on the outstanding parity debt.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the series 2008 bonds is expected on March 27.
