Tarrant County calls four series of Texas Health Resources bonds

Madison, Wis., Nov. 8 - Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. said it will redeem the outstanding principal amount of four series of its Texas Health Resources System revenue bonds in full.

The variable-rate bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date. The redemption date for the 2008E bonds is Nov. 22. The other three series will be redeemed on Nov. 23.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $24.59 million of 2008D bonds due Nov. 15, 2019;

• $36.14 million of 2008E bonds due Nov. 15, 2047;

• $75.5 million of 2008F bonds due Nov. 15, 2033; and

• $50.335 million of 2008G bonds due Nov. 15, 2033.

Texas Health Resources is an Arlington, Texas-based non-profit company that operates a network of hospitals and health facilities in northern Texas.
