Texas Capital Bancshares plans to price public sale of common shares

Bookrunners Macquarie Capital and Deutsche Bank assist with offering

Knoxville, Tenn., July 25 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. will price a public offering of 1.75 million common shares with a 30-day 15% greenshoe option, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunning managers.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The company's stock (Nasdaq: TCBI) closed at $40.36 per share on July 24.

Texas Capital Bancshares is the Dallas-based holding company for Texas Capital Bank.
