Texas Capital files $150 million shelf for debt securities, stock

Tacoma, Wash., April 15 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. registered a $150 million shelf in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

The shelf covers senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, convertible debt securities, preferred stock, common stock, warrants and units.

Proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.

Texas Capital is the Dallas-based financial holding company for Texas Capital Bank, NA.
