New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.36 million 12.85% contingent coupon autocalls tied to stocks

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Dec. 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch priced $1.36 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due June 28, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Bank of America Corp. and Amazon.com, Inc. and the American depositary shares of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12.85% if each stock closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.
