Teton Energy amends loan, extending forbearance until Oct. 16

By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Oct. 5 - Teton Energy Corp. amended its credit facility, extending the forbearance agreement with lenders to Oct. 16, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The forbearance covers the company's inability to repay a roughly $8.5 million borrowing base deficiency on Aug. 25.

The amendment was effective on Sept. 30.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

Teton is a Denver-based developer, producer and marketer of natural gas and oil properties.
