Fitch: Terra-Gen loan BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a rating of BB- to Terra-Gen Finance, LLC's $250 million term loan facility and $60 million working capital facility.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflect the company's exposure to price volatility with about 30% of portfolio capacity exposed to price risk, Fitch said.

The rating also reflects its limited portfolio diversification, the agency said.

Exposure to refinancing risk also is a concern, Fitch said. But, the agency said it believes there is a strong likelihood that Terra-Gen will be able to refinance the term loan facility.
