Terex gets extension of loan waiver for filing financial reports

New York, May 16 - Terex Corp. received an extension of the waiver from its senior bank lending group that allows the company until May 31 to provide financial information for the year ended Dec. 31, according to a company news release.

The company expects to file its 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, as well as its 10-Qs for the periods ended March 31, 2005, June 30, 2005 and Sept. 30, 2005 by the end of the day Wednesday.

In addition, the company expects to file its 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31 in the near future.

Terex is a Westport, Conn.-based manufacturer and seller of equipment for use in construction, infrastructure, quarrying, recycling, surface mining, shipping, transportation, refining, and utility and maintenance industries.
