Moody's rates Tenn. housing bonds Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 rating to the Tennessee Housing Development Agency's $60 million of homeownership program bonds issued 2008-1.

The issue consists of $5.05 million of issue 2008-1A (AMT) and $54.95 million of issue 2008-1B (non-AMT).

The outlook is positive.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aa2 rating on all outstanding homeownership program bonds.
