Fitch revises Tenet view to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised Tenet Healthcare Corp.'s outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its ratings, including its long-term issuer default rating at B.

“The positive outlook reflects Tenet reducing gross debt by $1.1 billion via unrestricted cash and Fitch's expectation that leverage should improve further growth in operating EBITDA,” Fitch said in a press release.
