Dallas Waterworks and Sewer defeases $179.11 million of revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 20 - The City of Dallas Waterworks and Sewer System of Texas defeased $179.11 million of two bond series, according to two notices.

The bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 1, 2013 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following series 2005 revenue refunding bonds are affected:

• $5,215,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2014;

• $5.48 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2015;

• $5.75 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $6.04 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2017;

• $6,345,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $6,665,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $5.37 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2020;

• $3.77 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021;

• $3,965,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2022;

• $4,165,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2023; and

• $4.38 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2024.

The following series 2006 revenue refunding and improvement bonds are affected:

• $6.17 million of 4.4% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $6,485,000 of 4.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $6,815,000 of 4.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2020;

• $7,165,000 of 4.55% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021;

• $7,535,000 of 4.625% bonds due Oct. 1, 2022;

• $7.92 million of 4.625% bonds due Oct. 1, 2023;

• $8,325,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 2, 2024;

• $8,755,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2025;

• $9,205,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2026;

• $9,675,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2027;

• $10.17 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2028;

• $10.69 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2029;

• $11.24 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2030; and

• $11,815,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2031.
