New York announces expected mandatory tender for five bonds series

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 19 - The City of New York notified holders that it expects certain bond series to be subject to mandatory tender on Oct. 1.

Affected are the following:

• $15,315,000 fiscal 1994 subseries A-5 bonds due Aug. 1, 2015;

• $9,685,000 fiscal 1994 subseries A-5 bonds due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $8.3 million fiscal 1994 subseries H-6 bonds due Aug. 1, 2013;

• $32.9 million fiscal 1996 subseries J-2 bonds due Feb. 15, 2016; and

• $4,895,000 fiscal 2003 subseries G-3 bonds due Aug. 1, 2014.
