Maricopa County Pollution Control, Ariz., calls $90 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Sept. 19 - Maricopa County Pollution Control Corp., Ariz., called $90 million of its Arizona Public Service Co. Palo Verde Project pollution control revenue refunding bonds, 2002 series A, according to a redemption notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 1.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Arizona Public Service Co. is an electric utility subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital Corp., located in Phoenix.
