Illinois Finance to redeem $165.98 million of Hospital Sisters bonds

Minneapolis, Sept. 17 -Illinois Finance Authority called $165,975,000 of Hospital Sisters Services, Inc. - Obligated Group revenue bonds, according to two notices.

Illinois Finance Authority, as successor to Illinois Health Facilities Authority, will redeem the following series 2003A bonds:

• $22,775,000 of bonds due Dec. 1, 2021;

• $20 million of bonds due Dec. 1, 2022; and

• $22,775,000 of bonds due Dec. 1, 2023.

Illinois Finance will also redeem $100,425,000 of its series 2007C bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the bond trustee.
