Mediacom Broadband calls remaining $425 million of 8½% notes due 2015

Minneapolis, Sept. 14 - Mediacom Broadband LLC and Mediacom Broadband Corp. called all $425 million of their 8½% senior notes due 2015, according to a press release.
The notes will be redeemed at $1,014.17 for each $1,000 principal amount on Oct. 15.
The Oct. 15 interest payment will be made as usual.
Mediacom is a Middletown. N.Y.-based cable television company.
