East Bay Municipal, Calif., 2009 A-1 bonds have mandatory tender

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 12 - East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., said that its series 2009A-1 water system revenue refunding bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Dec. 3 at par.

The mandatory tender is triggered by conversion of the bonds' current Sifma-based term interest rate to a new Sifma-based term interest rate, effective Dec. 3.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The Oakland, Calif.-based public water agency serves Alameda County and part of Contra Costa County in California.
