New Jersey Environmental defeases part of infrastructure bond series

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 7 - New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust defeased portions of its series 2005A and 2006A environmental infrastructure bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on Sept. 1, 2015 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following series 2005A bonds are affected:

• $6,265,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2015;

• $6,445,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $6,715,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $6.98 million of 4.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $7.29 million of 4.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $7.57 million of 4.5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $7.86 million of 4.375% bonds due Sept. 1, 2021;

• $7.81 million of 4.375% bonds due Sept. 1, 2022;

• $7.91 million of 4.375% bonds due Sept. 1, 2023;

• $8,235,000 of 4.375% bonds due Sept. 1, 2024; and

• $8,195,000 of 4.375% bonds due Sept. 1, 2025.

The following series 2006A bonds are affected:

• $7.76 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $8,125,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $8.45 million of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $8,785,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $9,145,000 of 4% bonds due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $9,515,000 of 4.125% bonds due Sept. 1, 2021;

• $9.85 million of 4.125% bonds due Sept. 1, 2022;

• $10,265,000 of 4.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2023;

• $11.15 million of 4.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2025; and

• $11,255,000 of 4.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2026.
