Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, Calif., calls 2007 bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 4 - Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians of California will redeem $6,595,000 of its series 2007 6.44% senior secured notes due Oct. 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following the redemption, $30,915,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
