Michigan Strategic Fund calls $220 million series 2008 Van Andel bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 31 - Michigan Strategic Fund said it will redeem in full its $220 million of outstanding series 2008 Van Andel Research Institute Project adjustable-rate demand limited obligation revenue and refunding revenue bonds on Oct. 1.

The bonds, due April 1, 2043, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Van Andel institute conducts biomedical research and is based in Grand Rapids, Mich.
