Maryland authority announces defeasance of Goucher College bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 30 - Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority has refunded its series 2004 Goucher College revenue bonds, according to a notice.

Bonds due on or before July 1, 2014 will be redeemed at maturity. Bonds due after July 1, 2014 will be redeemed on that date at par plus accrued interest.

U.S. Bank, NA is the escrow agent.
