West Virginia authority calls remaining 2009 hospital revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 29 - West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority will redeem its 2009 series A and B West Virginia United Health System Obligated Group hospital revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The $45.59 million series A bonds are due June 1, 2033 and the $22,385,000 series B bonds are due June 1, 2032.

The bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 2 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The authority said it would fund the redemptions with proceeds from its issue of 2012 series D and E West Virginia United Health System Obligated Group hospital revenue bonds.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
