Arizona accepts tenders for $255 million of Phoenix Children's bonds

Minneapolis, Aug. 22 - Arizona Health Facilities Authority said holders tendered $225 million of its Phoenix Children's Hospital revenue bonds by the end of the authority's tender offer at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 20, according to a press release.

The authority will purchase $30 million of series 2007A bonds at 99, $105 million of series 2007B bonds at 98.8 and $90 million of 2007C bonds at 97.9. All of the bonds will be purchased on Sept. 6.

The tender offer was for up to $450 million of the bonds.
