Sacramento Municipal Utility, Calif., defeases electric revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 17 - Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Calif., has defeased and will redeem various 2003 series R electric revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed Aug. 15, 2013 at par.

The following bonds are affected:

• $750,000 of No. R-21 bonds due Aug. 15, 2017;

• $1,735,000 of No. R-28 bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $12.07 million of No. R-29 bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $6.94 million of No. R-30 bonds due Aug. 15, 2024;

• $7.29 million of No. R-31 bonds due Aug. 15, 2025;

• $23.01 million of No. R-33 bonds due Aug. 15, 2028; and

• $48,805,000 of No. R-34 bonds due Aug. 15, 2033.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.
