HollyFrontier announces $199.99 million redemption of 8.5% notes

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 16 - HollyFrontier Corp. will redeem all of its $199,985,000 of 8.5% senior notes due 2016, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 15 at 104.25. The total payment will be $208,484,000.

The company said it would fund the redemption with cash on hand.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

HollyFrontier is a Dallas-based petroleum refiner.
