Central Puget Sound Regional Transit, Wash., defeases $350.65 million series 2005A bonds

Minneapolis, Aug. 15 - The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority of Washington state defeased $350,645,000 of its series 2005A sales tax bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 1, 2015:

• $875,000 of 4% bonds due Nov. 1, 2017;

• $18.98 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2017;

• $270,000 of 4% bonds due Nov. 1, 2018;

• $14,405,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2018;

• $425,000 of 4.125% bonds due Nov. 1, 2019;

• $21.12 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2019;

• $215,000 of 4.125% bonds due Nov. 1, 2020;

• $22.25 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2020;

• $160,000 of 4.2% bonds due Nov. 1, 2021;

• $18.24 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2021;

• $19,315,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2022;

• $20,285,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2023;

• $21.3 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2024;

• $40,000 of 4.375% bonds due Nov. 1, 2025;

• $22,325,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2025;

• $23.48 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2026;

• $24,645,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2027;

• $25,875,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2028;

• $47.15 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2029; and

• $49.29 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2030.

U.S. Bank, NA is the refunding trustee.
