Irvine Ranch Water District calls $246.6 million of taxable bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 10 - The Irvine Ranch Water District Join Powers Agency in California will redeem all $246,595,000 of its issue 1 taxable refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Sept. 15 at par.

• $15.07 million of bonds due March 15, 2013;

• $180,000 of bonds due Sept. 15, 2013; and

• $231,345,000 of bonds due March 15, 2014.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
