Isle of Capri calls all remaining $19.06 million of 7% senior notes

Minneapolis, Aug. 9 - Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. called all $19,057,000 of its 7% senior subordinated notes due 2014, according to a redemption notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 7.

As previously reported, Isle of Capri received consents for $338,218,000 of $357,275,000 of the notes.

The offer began on July 24 and expired on Aug. 6, and the company purchased all of the early tendered notes on Aug. 7.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Isle of Capri is a gaming and entertainment company based in Creve Coeur, Mo.
