Capmark Financial calls $88.35 million first-lien floaters in full

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 8 - Capmark Financial Group Inc. plans to redeem all $88,345,486 of its floating-rate first-lien extendible B notes due 2015, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 5 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The company said it has deposited $89.1 million with paying agent Wilmington Trust, NA to cover the redemption cost.

Capmark is a Horsham, Pa.-based real estate finance company.
