Carlyle High Yield calls $138.44 million of A-1, A-3, B, C notes

Minneapolis, July 31 - Carlyle High Yield Partners VI, Ltd. and Carlyle High Yield Partners VI, Inc. called $138,439,154.09 of their notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 13:

• $82,972,565.75 of class A-1 notes;

• $8,466,588.34 of class A-3 notes;

• $17 million of class B notes; and

• $30 million of class C notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
