Washington authority calls Swedish Health System bonds from six series

Kansas City, Kan., July 20 - Washington Health Care Facilities Authority plans to redeem various Swedish Health System services revenue bonds, according to a news release.

The following bonds are affected:

• $54,675,000 of 5.25% series 1998 bonds due Nov. 15, 2026;

• $31.87 million of 5.5% series 1998 bonds due Nov. 15, 2028;

• $75 million of variable-rate series 2009B bonds due Nov. 15, 2039;

• $75 million of variable-rate series 2009C bonds due Nov. 15, 2039;

• $100 million of variable-rate series 2011B bonds due Nov. 15, 2046; and

• $75 million of variable-rate series 2011C bonds due Nov. 15, 2046.

The 1998 bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 8, the 2011B and 2011C bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 3 and the 2009B and 2009 C bonds will be redeemed on July 30. All of the bonds will be redeemed at par plus applicable premium.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
