Palm Beach, Fla., defeases $105.35 million Biomedical Research bonds

Minneapolis, July 19 - Palm Beach County, Fla., defeased $105.35 million of its Biomedical Research Park Project public improvement bonds, series 2004A and 2005A, according to two defeasance notices.
The following 2004A bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2014:
• $1.9 million of bonds due Nov. 1, 2015;
• $1.97 million of bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;
• $2.04 million of bonds due Nov. 1, 2017;
• $2.12 million of bonds due Nov. 1, 2018;
• $2,205,000 of bonds due Nov. 1, 2019;
• $2,295,000 of bonds due Nov. 1, 2020; and
• $10,195,000 of bonds due Nov. 1, 2024.
The following 2005A bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2015:
• $6.57 million of bonds due June 1, 2016;
• $6,895,000 of bonds due June 1, 2017;
• $7.24 million of bonds due June 1, 2018;
• $7,605,000 of bonds due June 1, 2019;
• $7,985,000 of bonds due June 1, 2020;
• $8,385,000 of bonds due June 1, 2021;
• $8,805,000 of bonds due June 1, 2022;
• $9,245,000 of bonds due June 1, 2023;
• $9,705,000 of bonds due June 1, 2024; and
• $10.19 million of bonds due June 1, 2025.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent, and Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the paying agent.
