El Dorado Irrigation District, Calif., defeases $53.72 million of COPs

Minneapolis, July 12 - The El Dorado Irrigation District, Calif., defeased $53.72 million of its series 2003A revenue certificates of participation, according to a defeasance notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 1, 2013:

• $4,885,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2013;

• $5.13 million of 4% bonds due March 1, 2014;

• $5.34 million of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2015;

• $5.62 million of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2016;

• $5,915,000 of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2017;

• $6,225,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2018;

• $6,535,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2019;

• $6,685,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2020; and

• $7,205,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2021.
