Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust calls series 5 bonds

Minneapolis, July 6 - Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust said it will redeem $29.37 million of its series 5 pool program bonds, according to a redemption notice.
The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 1:
• $1.09 million of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 1, 2013;
• $280,000 of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2013;
• $870,000 of 5.3% bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;
• $280,000 of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;
• $635,000 of 5.4% bonds due Aug. 1, 2015;
• $275,000 of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 1, 2015;
• $650,000 of 5.75% bonds due Aug. 1, 2016;
• $95,000 of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2017;
• $275,000 of 5.75% bonds due Aug. 1, 2017;
• $275,000 of 5.75% bonds due Aug. 1, 2018;
• $275,000 of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2019;
• $16.73 million of 5.375% bonds due Aug. 1, 2027; and
• $7.64 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2029.
U.S. Bank NA is the agent.
The Boston-based trust is responsible for improving the water quality in Massachusetts by providing capital financing to cities, towns and other eligible entities.
