Minnesota calls all $89.78 million of 2002 general obligation bonds

Madison, Wis., June 28 - The State of Minnesota said it will redeem in full its $75.6 million general obligation state various purpose bonds and $14,175,000 G.O. trunk highway bonds issued on June 1, 2002.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 1 at par plus accrued interest:

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2013;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2015;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2017;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2018;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2020; and

• $9,975,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2021.
