Washington calls $77.87 million series 1999S-1, 2000S-4 G.O. bonds

Kansas City, Kan., June 27 - The State of Washington will redeem $77.87 million of its series 1999S-1 and 2000S-4 general obligation bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed July 27 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following 1999S-1 bonds are affected:

$6.69 million 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2013;

$7.32 million 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2014;

$7.95 million 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015; and

$8.65 million 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2016.

The following 2000S-4 bonds are affected:

$14,265,000 5.75% bonds due Jan. 1, 2013;

$15,745,000 5.75% bonds due Jan. 1, 2014; and

$17.25 million 5.75% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015.

The state plans to use proceeds from its sale of series R-2013Y G.O. refunding bonds to fund the redemption.
