Ohio defeases five series of G.O. bonds, sets redemption prices at par

Kansas City, Kan., June 22 - The State of Ohio has defeased five series of general obligation bonds, according to a series of notices.

The bonds will be called at par.

The following natural resources general obligation bonds will be redeemed April 1, 2013:

• $2.3 million of series I bonds due April 1, 2014; and

• $2.8 million of series I bonds due April 1, 2018.

The following natural resources general obligation bonds will be redeemed April 1, 2014:

• $1,745,000 of series K bonds due April 1, 2015;

• $1.81 million of series K bonds due April 1, 2016;

• $1,875,000 of series K bonds due April 1, 2017;

• $1,945,000 of series K bonds due April 1, 2018;

• $2.02 million of series K bonds due April 1, 2019; and

• $2.1 million of series K bonds due April 1, 2020.

The following conservation general obligation bonds will be redeemed March 1, 2014:

• $210,000 of series 2004A bonds due March 1, 2015;

• $3.7 million of series 2004A bonds due March 1, 2016;

• $3,885,000 of series 2004A bonds due March 1, 2017;

• $4.08 million of series 2004A bonds due March 1, 2018; and

• $4.28 million of series 2004A bonds due March 1, 2019.

The following common schools general obligation bonds will be redeemed June 15, 2014:

• $10.47 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2017;

• $10.85 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2018;

• $340,000 of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2019;

• $10.91 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2019;

• $200 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2020;

• $11,475,000 of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2020;

• $12.13 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2021;

• $12.62 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2022;

• $13,135,000 of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2023;

• $1,325,000 of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2024; and

• $12.36 million of series 2004A bonds due June 15, 2024.

The following common schools general obligation bonds will be redeemed March 15, 2014:

• $10.59 million of series 2004B bonds due March 15, 2017;

• $11.12 million of series 2004B bonds due March 15, 2018;

• $11,675,000 of series 2004B bonds due March 15, 2019;

• $12.26 million of series 2004B bonds due March 15, 2020; and

• $12,875,000 of series 2004B bonds due march 15, 2021.

The following infrastructure improvement general obligation bonds will be redeemed March 1, 2014:

• $8.58 million of series 2004D bonds due March 1, 2023; and

• $8,985,000 of series 2004D bonds due March 1, 2024.

The following higher education general obligation bonds will be redeemed May 1, 2014:

• $8,835,000 of series 2004A bonds due May 1, 2021;

• $9,185,000 of series 2004A bonds due May 1, 2022;

• $9.56 million of series 2004A bonds due May 1, 2023; and

• $9,965,000 of series 2004A bonds due May 1, 2024.

The following higher education general obligation bonds will be redeemed Feb. 1, 2015

• $7,955,000 of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;

• $8,355,000 of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2019;

• $8.77 million of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2020;

• $9.21 million of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2021;

• $9.67 million of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2022;

• $10,155,000 of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2023;

• $10,655,000 if series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2024; and

• $11,195,000 of series 2005A bonds due Feb. 1, 2025.
