Langton Securities issuers buy back floating-rate notes due 2054

Kansas City, Kan., June 22 - Langton Securities issuers repurchased portions of various notes series on June 15, according to a notice.

The following Langton Securities (2010-2) plc notes are affected:

• All $5.4 billion of class A2 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £135 million of class A4 floating-rate notes due 2054; and

• £595,979,000 of class Z floating-rate notes due 2054.

The following Langton Securities (2011-2) plc notes are affected:

• $6.5 million of class A1 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $6 million of class A2 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $5.5 million of class A3 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $5 million of class A4 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $6.5 million of class A4 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $6 million of class A6 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $5.5 million of class A7 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $4.5 million of class A8 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• $4.5 million of class A9 floating-rate notes due 2054; and

• £134.5 million of class Z floating-rate notes due 2054.

The following Langton Securitites (2010-1) plc notes are affected:

• £366.3 million of floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £465.2 million of floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £$311.5 million of floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £1.17 billion of class A4 asset-backed floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £1,913,000,000 of class A9 asset-backed floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £1,516,000,000 of class A10 asset-backed floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £466,766,000 of class Z1 asset-backed floating-rate notes due 2054; and

• £592,929,000 of class Z2 asset-backed floating-rate notes due 2054.

The following Langton Securities (2008-1) plc notes are affected:

• €750 million of class A1 floating-rate notes due 2054;

• £1.57 billion of class A7 floating-rate notes due 2054; and

• £778,423,000 of class Z floating-rate notes due 2054.
