New York City Transitional Finance rescinds building bond redemption

Minneapolis, June 21 - New York City Transitional Finance Authority rescinded the redemption of $5,335,000 of its $100 million outstanding 4.8% 2011 subseries S-2B qualified school construction building aid revenue bonds due July 15, 2026, according to a notice.

The bonds were planned to be redeemed July 15 at par plus accrued interest o the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
