Cuyahoga, Ohio, defeases $95.34 million Cleveland Clinic Health bonds

Minneapolis, June 18 - The County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, defeased $45.34 million of series 2003A and $50 million of series 2009B-2 Cleveland Clinic Health System Obligated Group revenue bonds, according to two defeasance notices.

The 5.5% 2003A bonds due Jan. 1, 2029 will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2013.

The 5.5% 2009B-2 bonds due Jan. 1, 2034 will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1, 2014.

Huntington National Bank is escrow and bond trustee.
