California calls $137.33 million of Catholic Healthcare West bonds

Minneapolis, June 18 - California Health Facilities Financing Authority called $137.33 million of its Catholic Healthcare West variable-rate health facility revenue bonds, according to two redemption notices.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 2:

• $39.77 million of 2009B bonds due July 1, 2028;

• $39.77 million of 2009C bonds due July 1, 2037; and

• $57.79 million of 2009G bonds due July 1, 2028;

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the bond trustee.

Catholic Healthcare West, which changed its name to Dignity Health, is a San Francisco-based hospital network.
