Arizona calls $35.87 million of Dignity Health variable-rate bonds

Minneapolis, June 18 - Arizona Health Facilities Authority called $35.87 million of its series 2009E Dignity Health variable-rate health facility revenue bonds, according to a redemption notice.

The bonds, which are due July 1, 2029, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 2.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Dignity Health, formerly Catholic Healthcare West, is a San Francisco-based hospital network. The healthcare financing authority is based in Phoenix.
