Brooklands announces €1.24 million buyback of 2002-1 linked notes

Kansas City, Kan., June 18 - Brooklands Euro Referenced Linked Notes 2002-1 has repurchased €1.24 million of its notes from three series, according to a notice.

The company redeemed €762,591 of the class D floating-rate notes due 2042, leaving €9,237,409 outstanding.

The company also redeemed all €437,625 of the class E1 floating-rate notes due 2042 and all €39,784 of the class G2 floating-rate notes due 2042.

All of the transactions were completed June 15.
